How do I book an Embera Collection property?

Embera bookings are handled by our dedicated Embera concierge team — not through standard Corporate Stays booking flows.

Here's the complete process:

1. Submit an inquiry via the Embera contact form (or email directly)
2. Within 24 hours, a concierge responds with availability, pricing, and a curated proposal based on your stated preferences
3. You confirm the reservation with a deposit (typically 30% at booking, balance 30 days before arrival)
4. Pre-arrival planning begins: transfers, provisioning, activities, chef services
5. Upon arrival, your property manager greets you and walks you through everything

Please make sure to inquire 60–90 days in advance for preferred dates, especially for peak season (December–April).
