      AC System Operation Guidelines for LXTX Units

      • Purpose: This article outlines the operational guidelines for the air conditioning (AC) system within the LXTX units, specifically regarding the temperature at which the AC system will be activated by the building.

      • AC Activation: The AC will remain inactive until the internal temperature of the unit consistently stays at or above +10°C (50°F). Once the temperature reaches this threshold and stabilizes, the AC system will automatically be turned on by the building’s central control system.

      • User Instructions:

        • If the temperature inside your unit is below +10°C, the AC system will not activate.

        • If you wish to manually control the temperature before the system activates, consider using alternative heating methods if needed (e.g., portable heaters).

         

      • Notes:

        The building’s central system will automatically regulate the AC to ensure comfortable indoor conditions once the temperature reaches the specified threshold.If the AC does not seem to be activating after the temperature reaches +10°C, please report the issue to concierge so they can forward to LXTX management for further inspection.
