Amenity Room Instructions in Margaretta

Margaretta Building Management has recently informed us that the amenity room is available by appointment only and requires a $75 rental fee.
Guests who wish to book the amenity room will need to arrange the reservation through CS. In this process, we will complete the Amenity Room Agreement with the guest’s name listed, and the payment will also be processed through CS.
I have attached the Amenity Room Agreement for reference.
We also confirmed the process, who advised the following based on the lease terms:

The amenity space can only be used for private functions by appointment through the landlord’s management on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Tenants are expected to use the space respectfully and will be responsible for any damages caused.

The use of the amenity room is free for private functions; however, a $75 cleaning charge applies, which must be paid in advance.

The amenity room can be reserved for a maximum of six (6) hours at a time.
We need to fill out the amenity room agreement with the guest and send it to Kaoutar. Then she will send it to the building manager and coordinate the payment with Nancy.
