      Are pets permitted at the Hendrix?

      The Hendrix is a pet friendly building.

      Acceptable pets = dogs, cats, fish and birds (no reptile or rodents). All dogs and cats must be licensed and cannot weigh more than 13 KG (30lbs) each. 

      The guest is responsible for controlling the Pet and complying with all municipal ordinances regarding requirements for licensing, vaccinating, and leashing the Pet. The adult weight of the Pet must not exceed thirty (30) pounds. Tenant will keep the unit free of pet waste and will not permit the Pet to be a nuisance to others. If the guest becomes aware of any vicious tendencies on the part of the Pet, the guest shall remove or cause to be removed the Pet from the Rental Unit and the Property immediately. 

      Corporate Stays requires all pets to be registered (for safety and security).  Pet fees do apply.  Corporate Stays is not responsible for relocation in the situation that the building deems that the pet and/or client must be removed due to failure to comply to the building pet policies.
