Deliveries - Elm Ledbury

Residents must speak with the Concierge in advance of booking the Loading Area and moving elevator for one-time deliveries of furniture or large items. The Loading Area is shared with commercial tenants and often used by our external vendors.

Please note, deliveries that are not coordinated with the Concierge Team & Elm-Ledbury team will not be accepted.

Delivery times are between 9:00AM–5:00PM.
