Guest / Visitor Parking 175 Carruthers

Visitor parking is managed by the parking contractor (ParkedIN), not through Colonnade Bridgeport. 

Visitors do not have access into the parking garage.  Therefore, the resident would have to provide the visitor access by using their parking pass or by tapping their fob at the reader (photo attached).

There are selected parking spaces in P1 that visitors can use.  These spaces include a ParkedIN “Visitor Parking” sign on the wall. Photo attached for reference. If the parking space has “reserved” painted on the ground in front of the space, please do not park there as it is assigned.  

The ParkedIN visitor parking signs include the QR code to download the app and follow the payment instructions.  We have attached a photo of the most recent parking prices, however prices are subject to change as visitor parking is managed through ParkedIN, not Colonnade Bridgeport.

*Please note there are no visitor parking spaces located in P2 or P3 as these are assigned to residents."
