How do I access my mail and packages at Underwood?

Mailbox keys will be provided upon arrival with unit keys.

The mailroom is located across from the elevator.  

Packages are left unattended at the Concierge desk.

At Underwood when Canada Post deliver some thing and it doesn’t fit in the mailbox they put it in a parcel locker and leave a key to a separate Canada Post locker inside our mailbox. 

If the guest didn't receive the key they should contact Canada Post as per the building.
