How do I collect my mail and packages at Studio 2?

All guests are provided a mailbox key upon arrival.  The mailroom is located in the lobby next to the Concierge desk.  

Concierge is happy to sign for packages and will notify you when received.  Guests are requested to pick up packages as soon as possible.  

Your arrival instructions will include a registration link for Parcel Port for access to a delivery locker a the building to accommodate contact free deliveries.  

How the Parcel Port System Works
1. Delivery by Courier
 • When a courier arrives, they deposit the package into a secure Parcel Port locker located in the building’s designated parcel area.
 • Using the touchscreen interface, the courier selects the recipient’s unit (e.g., Suite 418) and confirms the drop-off.
2. Notification to Tenant
 • Once the package is placed in a locker, the Parcel Port system automatically notifies the registered tenant (usually via email).
 • The notification includes:
 • Confirmation of delivery
 • A unique pickup code or QR code
3. Package Retrieval
 • The tenant visits the Parcel Port locker area.
 • To retrieve the package, the tenant either:
 • Enters the provided pickup code, or
 • Scans the QR code at the locker screen.
 • The assigned locker will automatically open, allowing the tenant to securely collect the package.
4. Security & Timeframe
 • Lockers remain locked until the correct code is entered.
 • Some systems allow only a limited timeframe (e.g., 48–72 hours) for pickup, after which the package may be returned.
