How Do I Reserve the 20th Floor Kitchen?

New Procedure (Effective Immediately):

• All kitchen reservations must be made through the Resident App.
• The $200 security deposit has been removed and replaced with a reservation validation process.
• After submitting a reservation through the app, residents must visit the Administration Office to complete the reservation.
• During the office visit, residents must:
  • Complete and sign the current Kitchen Reservation Form.
  • Pay the $50 reservation fee.
  • Leave a valid government-issued photo ID (Health Insurance Card, Driver's License, Passport, or other official photo identification).
• At the end of the reservation, an Administration team member will inspect the kitchen with the resident.
• If the kitchen is returned in satisfactory condition, the resident's ID will be returned immediately.
• If any damage or missing equipment is identified, applicable charges will be applied to cover repair or replacement costs.
