How Do I Retrieve a Canada Post Package?

When a package is delivered by Canada Post, the courier will place it in the large gray package storage area, as shown in the picture below.

Canada Post will also leave a key in the regular small square mailbox/box. This key is provided by Canada Post and is used to access the package storage area and retrieve the package.

To retrieve your package:

1. Check the regular small square mailbox/box for the Canada Post key.
2. Use the key to open the large gray package storage area.
3. Retrieve your package and return the key to the regular mailbox/box.
