How Do I Retrieve My Mail and Packages, and Where Are Deliveries Placed?

Deliveries are handled directly by the courier and are not managed by Colonnade BridgePort.

Depending on the courier and the size of the delivery, packages may be:

• Placed in a Luxer One package locker
• Left in the mailroom
• Delivered directly to the resident’s unit door

Your regular mail can be retrieved from your assigned mailbox #408, located on the main floor near the office.
