At Corporate Stays, we take care of absolutely everything — from guest communication and reservations to housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, and operational follow-ups. We also manage all OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and direct reservations, including guest support and revenue optimization.

In addition, we handle operational payments related to the property such as HOA fees, electricity, internet, insurance, and other ongoing services depending on the agreement in place.

Our owners simply receive their monthly reports, payments, and regular updates regarding their property and the building. We truly aim to make real estate investment as passive, transparent, and worry-free as possible.
