How much am I required to pay to secure my reservation ?

The first month of all new reservations must be paid in full prior to check-in.  Any reservation for longer than one month will be charged on a 30-day basis (each monthly payment is due in 30-day increments from the original rental payment due date).  

We reserve the right to terminate any bookings if payment does not reach us within 3 days following the monthly due date. A late payment fee of 5% will be charged on a monthly basis.
