How to properly lock the doors in Stradbrook  - 4-digit code only unit 501 & 506

To UNLOCK (Enter the Property):
1. Enter your 4-digit access code on the keypad.
2. Wait for the Schlage button at the top to flash green.
3. Rotate the thumbturn (the oval-shaped knob) toward the door frame (usually clockwise) to retract the deadbolt.
4. Open the door.


To LOCK (When Leaving):
1. Close the door completely.
2. Press the Schlage button at the top of the keypad (you do not need to enter your code to lock).
3. Rotate the thumbturn away from the door frame (counter-clockwise) to extend the deadbolt.
4. The knob should now spin freely, indicating the door is locked.
Troubleshooting Tips:
• Red Light: If the Schlage button flashes red after entering your code, the code was entered incorrectly. Please try again.
• Manual Turn: Please remember this is a manual lock; the motor does not turn the bolt for you. You must turn the knob yourself after the light turns green.
