How do move-in and key access work?

  • Building Access: Card
  • Elevator Control: Card (guest must use card to unblock panel before selecting floor)
  • Unit Access: Card
  • Key Pickup: Detailed Check-in Instructions will be shared with you before arrival 
  • Front Desk Security: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Roving Security Guard: 3:00 AM – 7:00 AM (patrolling the building)
