Elm-Ledbury operates under a comprehensive maintenance program designed to uphold the highest hotel-level standards. Below are key components of our annual maintenance schedule that require your cooperation. If you have questions about any aspect of our maintenance program, please contact the Property Manager.

 

In-Suite HVAC Maintenance

Our maintenance team routinely replaces fan coil filters and cleans system components to ensure optimal performance. Any contractor performing this work will be escorted by a member of Elm-Ledbury’s on-site maintenance team during all in-suite visits.

 

Pest Control Services

We are committed to maintaining a pest-free environment. A licensed pest control provider treats common areas monthly. If you notice any signs of pests in your suite or the common areas, please report it to management immediately. Your cooperation helps us keep the community pest-free.

 

Fire Protection

To ensure your safety, fire protection equipment is inspected regularly by a certified third-party provider. During inspections, fire alarms may sound. Management will always provide advance notice via the Elm-Ledbury app so residents can prepare for any disruptions.

 

Window Cleaning

Professional window cleaning is typically scheduled in spring and/or summer. Suites are equipped with privacy roller blinds for your comfort. Management will notify residents in advance via the Elm-Ledbury app with the scheduled dates.

 

Garage Cleaning

The underground parking facility floors and walls are cleaned as part of our seasonal maintenance program, usually in spring and/or summer. If you park underground, you will need to move your vehicle off-site during cleaning. Advance notice will be provided via the Elm-Ledbury app so you can arrange alternative parking.
