Package Delivery Process at LXTX

To ensure seamless delivery of packages to guests, please follow the procedure below:

1. Buzzing the Concierge
   The delivery person should buzz Concierge in the building's Butterfly Mx upon arrival at the property. This initiates the delivery process.

2. Direct Door Delivery
   Once the delivery person buzzes CS, the package will be delivered directly to the guest’s door. This ensures the guest receives their package securely and promptly.
   
   Additionally, please ensure you provide clear instructions to your delivery provider to avoid any confusion.
   
   Corporate Stays will not be liable for any lost or damaged packages.
