Parcel Delivery & Pickup – Robinson, Ottawa

Parcels are delivered to the Expedia Box locker system located in the mailroom. When a package arrives, a unique access code is sent to us via email. Since all apartments are registered under Corporate Stays, our team will forward the access code to you so you can retrieve your parcel from the locker.

Address Format for Orders

When placing orders with courier services (e.g., Amazon, FedEx, Purolator), please ensure you use the following format:

First Name: Corporate Stays

Last Name: Your Full Name

Address: 36 Robinson Ave, Unit [Your Unit Number], Ottawa, ON

Example:

Corporate Stays Smith

36 Robinson Ave, Unit 510

Ottawa, ON

This ensures your parcel is correctly registered in the building system.

Mailroom & Locker Location

The Expedia Box locker system is located in the mailroom on the lobby level, to the left of the elevator. The mailroom door is clearly labeled.

Overflow Packages

If the Expedia Box lockers are full, parcels may be placed on the floor inside the mailroom or, in some cases, left in front of your apartment door
