Retrieving Packages from Canada Post Lockers:

If you are expecting a parcel delivered by Canada Post, here’s how you can retrieve it from the Canada Post locker in MONARC:

1. Locate Your Mailbox:

   • Your parcel will be placed in a Canada Post locker assigned to your unit. Check your mailbox for the large Canada Post key.

2. Open Your Mailbox:

   • Open your assigned mailbox (for example, Mailbox 715 for MON715).

3. Retrieve the Key:

   • Inside your mailbox, you’ll find the Canada Post large key. This key will open the Canada Post locker containing your parcel.

4. Open the Canada Post Locker:

   • Use the large key to unlock the Canada Post locker where your parcel is stored.

5. Collect Your Package:

   • Take your parcel from the locker. Be sure to check the locker for any other important notices or mail.

6. Close the Locker:

   • Once you’ve retrieved your package, make sure to close the locker securely.
