PET POLICY - Elm Ledbury

Elm-Ledbury is a pet-friendly community. We recognize that pets are part of the family, and we are delighted to welcome yours. We simply love pets and can’t wait to meet them!

Permitted pets include dogs and cats, and all pets must be spayed or neutered. Please refer to the Animal section and the Animal Addendum in your lease for full details on our pet policies.

When entering, exiting, or walking through the common areas, pets must always be on a leash and under the supervision of their owner. Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly amenities, such as the Dog Run and Beauty for the Beast Pet Spa.

Please ensure you clean up after your pet at all times. A sanitation fee will be applied to your account if your pet relieves itself within three metres of the building.
