UNDERGROUND PARKING – Elm Ledbury
Residents must park only in their assigned stall. All residents who have paid for parking will receive an Elm-Ledbury parking tag showing their assigned stall number. This tag must be clearly displayed at all times when parking on the property.
Parking in another resident’s stall is strictly prohibited. Vehicles found in the wrong stall will be ticketed and towed. If your assigned stall is occupied by another vehicle, contact Concierge or Security immediately.
To comply with insurance requirements and maintain the appearance of our community, the following rules apply:

Assigned Parking Only – All vehicles must be parked in designated or assigned areas. Each stall is limited to one (1) vehicle or motorcycle.

No Recreational or Commercial Vehicles – Large trucks, buses, commercial trailers, recreational vehicles (RVs), boats, and similar vehicles are not permitted.

Valid and Insured Vehicles Only – All vehicles must be insured, display valid license plates, and be in proper working condition.

Towing for Violations – Any unregistered, unlicensed, derelict, or illegally parked vehicles will be ticketed and towed at the owner’s expense.

No Repairs in Garage – Vehicle repairs are not permitted in the garage. Leaking vehicles must be repaired or removed upon written notice.

No Storage in Parking Stalls – Storing any items (including windshield washer fluid, winter tires, etc.) in parking stalls is prohibited. Any items found will be removed by management.

Propane Vehicles Prohibited – Vehicles powered by propane are strictly forbidden in the parking garage.
