• Common areas cannot be used for storage, loitering, or recreational activities.
• Smoking is prohibited in common areas.
• Cannabis smoking, cultivation, and processing are prohibited throughout the property, including apartments and balconies.
• Balconies cannot be used for storage.
• Visitor parking spaces are reserved for visitors only.
• Amenities such as the pool and common spaces are reserved exclusively for residents.
• Airbnb or short-term subleasing is prohibited.
• Tenant insurance is mandatory.

Residents must also obtain approval before making modifications to the apartment or installing air conditioning units.
