What happens if I request maintenance after hours at Le Prisme?

Maintenance requests made outside Building's regular operating hours may result in additional charges.

According to the building regulations, every after-hours maintenance service call may be billed at the equivalent of three (3) hours of labor unless the issue is considered an emergency.

Examples of emergencies may include:

  • Active flooding or major water leaks
  • Fire or smoke hazards
  • Serious electrical risks
  • Situations affecting resident safety

To avoid additional charges, guests are encouraged to submit non-urgent maintenance requests during regular business hours.
