We charge 5% commission. If a co-operating agent is involved, we split that commission — it never costs you more.

In many cases, our high-volume relationships with developers allow us to negotiate better purchase prices, which we pass directly to our investors. Our goal isn't maximum commission — it's building long-term investment partnerships.
