Where do deliveries go in the Le Smith building?

 Delivery drivers should meet guests in the lobby. Guests are responsible for meeting their delivery driver and collecting packages from the designated lobby delivery zone. For security reasons, delivery personnel may not have access to guest floors or individual suites.
