Where do I leave my keys upon departure from Capitol Residences?

Please leave your keys on the kitchen counter in the apartment.

Detailed departure instructions will be sent to you 48hrs prior to your departure date.

Leaving early?  Please let us know for security reasons and to ensure we can send the instructions prior to your departure.

Please note there is a charge of up to $500 for any missing keys, fobs or remotes.
