Are pets permitted in my unit at the James?

While some pets are permitted at the James it is not a dog friendly building. 

All pets residing in the building must be disclosed when submitting a reservation request, a pet fee is applied and varies depending on the animal.

Please note that if any damages occur to the apartment, additional fees may apply.
