  • Pre-negotiated rates locked for 12 months
  • Dedicated booking portal or email address for your team
  • Priority inventory access during high-demand periods
  • Monthly reporting on usage, spend, and employee satisfaction
  • Integration with your expense platform (SAP Concur, Navan, etc.)

Ongoing programs typically start at 10 bookings per quarter and scale up from there.
