Yes. We partner with HR and Global Mobility teams to run ongoing housing programs, not just one-off bookings. Ongoing programs include:
- Pre-negotiated rates locked for 12 months
- Dedicated booking portal or email address for your team
- Priority inventory access during high-demand periods
- Monthly reporting on usage, spend, and employee satisfaction
- Integration with your expense platform (SAP Concur, Navan, etc.)
Ongoing programs typically start at 10 bookings per quarter and scale up from there.
