Does Corporate Stays offer direct billing for companies?

Yes, direct billing is available for qualifying corporate accounts. Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 bookings per quarter, OR
• A single booking of 30+ nights, OR
• An approved corporate credit application on file

Direct billing means your company receives a consolidated invoice (monthly, quarterly, or per-project) with payment terms of Net 15 or Net 30. No individual credit cards required from employees at check-in.

To set up direct billing:

1. Your account manager sends a short credit application form
2. We run a standard credit review (typically 2–5 business days)
3. Once approved, your company is added to our direct-billing roster
4. All future bookings can default to direct billing — no re-approval needed
