What to do about packages expected after departure from IMMIX Apartments?

Unfortunately the guest will have to change the delivery address as security is not allowed to receive any packages. They are dropped on the lockboxes, and an automated notification code is sent to the current guest of the suite. If they check out, the delivery notifications will be sent to the new guest. To avoid losing their packages, I would definitely recommend them to modify the address.
