How can I access the parking garage at 169 Lisgar?

As of 2025: 

The parking garage at Lisgar is currently out of service and is expected to remain unavailable until mid-summer or fall due to ongoing building construction.

If a guest requires parking, they will need to park at an alternative location approximately a 9-minute walk from the building. The building has made arrangements with the Sheraton Hotel parking lot, where we have access to three parking passes.

Important:

• Guests must provide their vehicle details before arrival, including make, model, year, color, and license plate number.
• This information is required in advance so the building can notify the hotel and ensure proper access.

For parking requests, please contact Melinda as soon as possible to secure a pass and complete the necessary arrangements.

Access to the parking garage is located off of Nepean St. The garage door has 2 large yellow horizontal lines. 

If you have reserved parking with us a garage remote will be included with your keys. 

If you did not reserve parking with your stay please reach out to us and we will be sure to assign a spot if available or suggest alternate options.
