How can I access the parking garage at the Blum?

The parking lot entrance is on the right side of the building. 

To gain access, use the parking remote provided inside your unit. To enter the parking section, press number 1 on the parking remote. To exit the parking lot, press 2 on the remote to open the garage door. When pressing the numbers, you must be directly in front of the gates.

Our parking stalls are in SS2, so first go into your assigned unit and get the parking remote and sticker. The parking sticker must be placed on the driver's side, on top of the left side glass (when viewed from the inside). If the car does not have a parking sticker. The building will tow it away.
