How do I access packages and mail at The Junction?

A mailbox key will be provided to you upon arrival at The Junction.

Canada Post has a community mailbox within the mailroom and keys will be left for you when a package is received.

Other couriers including Amazon, UPS and Fedex do not have access and will leave it in front of the security camera in the lobby.

Packages requiring a signature will try and contact you or leave a sticker advising of the attempted deliver and to make alternate arrangements.
