How do I access the mailbox at Livmore ?

• Mailbox key provided in apartment ($50 fee for missing key).
• Mailroom on the ground floor in front of the elevators. If they receive packages from Amazon etc, the doorman will hold them for them.
• They would have to present a valid ID so that we can deliver the package to them to prevent theft.
