      How do I get my keys at Hendrix?

      When you arrive at the building, dial Edmonton Corporate Stays (ECS) on the intercom and our Concierge team will grant you access to the building.

       

      For Example: 

      • ECS(unit number)
      • EcS(unit number)9733
      • So for 703 it would be EcS7039733

       

      In the lobby to the right, beside the TV there is a black lockbox. Use the codes provided in the check in instructions to open and inside you will find the fob for your unit which will allow you to proceed to your unit.
