How do I get my keys for the Zephyr?

Upon arrival at the building please use the intercom located at the front entrance to dial your building access code (as listed above). We will grant access and the front door will unlock. Promptly proceed to the elevator (it remains unlocked temporarily) and press your floor number. If it does not light up you may need to try calling us again.(You do not need to enter the code in the elevator.) Please always ensure you are at the correct tower (East Tower - 1181 Cardero St).

 

Please note, tenants require a British Columbia area code for the building manager to program the enter phone/buzzer for deliveries. The system cannot dial long distance mobile numbers.

 

If you choose not to have a local area code we can set the buzzer up to our 24/7 Concierge team who can grant access to the building for you.
