How do I get my keys upon arrival at Icon Bay?

Keys to access your apartment will be located in the Corporate Stays labeled lockbox located at the entrance of the building.

The code to access the lockboxes will be communicated to you in your arrival instructions sent via email 24-48hrs prior to arrival.
