How do I get my keys upon arrival at La Vigie 2?

When you enter the building, after passing through the first glass door, the intercom will be on your left. On the top right of the screen, press vignet access resident. Enter the code-provided in your check in instructions followed by the green button to open the door. 

Once you are inside, take the elevator to your desired floor and unit.  Use the code provided in your check in instructions to unlock the unit door.  On the counter top, you'll find your fob, mailbox key, and parking hanger with parking access card (if applicable).
