How do I get my keys upon arrival at Mayfair?

When you arrive at the building proceed to the intercom located to the right of the main entrance. Dial ECS on the intercom to be buzzed in by our concierge team. Once inside, continue past the concierge desk and the mailroom is on the left and a lockbox is mounted on the wall.   

Use the code above to open the lockbox and retrieve your arrival envelope containing your unit key.
