      How to contact maintenance at Immix ?

      Q: When to contact them?

      A: For the following issues. BUT FIRST make sure to try ALL OF THE STEPS mentioned above to sort it out ourselves. If the issue still persists, then we have to create a maintenance ticket calling Quadreal at the following number: 

      • Blinds fallen down
      • Washing & Dryer machine
      • Dishwasher issues
      • Electricity issues (outlets not working)
      • Lightbulbs burnt
      • Door locks with low or no battery
      • Thermostat issues
      • Refrigerator issues
      • Water filtrations

      Q: How to report any of these issues if we couldn't solve it with all the listed procedures above?

      A: A ticket needs to be created PER issue calling QuadReal at: 833 693 5091
