How to retrieve packages at Vuze??

All guest will be given a mailbox key.

Packages are parcels are received via Smart Parcel lockers.

IMPORTANT:   Be Sure to include your building address and your unit number to ensure the parcel is delivered to you. 

 

These smart parcel lockers provides  24/7 convenience, adding peace of mind that your deliveries are safely secured. When your parcel, perishables, laundry and/or dry-cleaning are deposited, Corporate Stays will receive an email to (concierge@corproatestays.com )and notify the guest of their codes to let them know that your parcel has been received. The automated, real-time notification will specify a unique, one-time PIN code necessary to collect parcel on your schedule. 

 

Parcel Collection:

 

You’ll receive an SMS text message or email alert from Snaile notifying you
that your parcel has been delivered.

2 After you select your language preference(English or French), you will select “Collect”.

3 Key-in your 8-digit PIN code twice and hit “enter”. The compartment door will
open automatically. Collect your parcel then please close compartment door. Thank you.
