Luxer Package Locker Instructions

The lockers serve all units in the building.

When a package is properly checked in by the courier, the guest receives an email with a QR code. On the touchscreen, they select the “Pick Up” button and follow the prompts. The locker then automatically opens.

For oversized packages, the package room door will automatically unlock. The system is very user-friendly.

If a package arrives after a resident has moved out, they must arrange pickup within 48 hours. Corporate Stays will not be liable for any missing or damaged packages. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure all delivery information is correct with their courier or delivery partner.
