Alternative Parking in Osborne, Winnipeg

To address congestion and ensure fair and safe access for tenants, guests, and service vehicles, Osborne Terraces has implemented updated parking rules for the back lane parking lot.

Back Lot Restrictions

• The back parking lot is for visitors and commercial customers only.

• Residents may not use the back lot for personal parking.

Visitor Parking Registration

• All visitor vehicles must be registered by emailing us

• Please include the following details in your message:

  • Vehicle make, model, year

  • License plate number

  • Example: “black Honda Civic 2020 ABC 123”

   

Overnight Parking Rules

• Not permitted unless registered 2 days in advance.

Unauthorized Use

• Repeat unauthorized parking will result in warnings.

• Ongoing violations may lead to towing at the resident’s expense.
