Are pets permitted at The Hazel?

Yes - The Hazel is a pet friendly building.

All pets residing in the building must be disclosed when submitting a reservation request; a pet fee is applied.

All dogs and cats over the age of 16 months must be spayed or neutered accordingly.

We allow a maximum of two (2) pets:

• Domestic (indoor) cats
• Dogs (excluding Pitbulls, Dobermans, Mastiffs, Rottweilers, and any other similar breeds of dog that are customarily bred or trained as guard dogs or attack dogs)
• Birds (limit one cage of four birds. One (1) cage counts as one pet)
• Fish (tank volume must not exceed 30gal/113L. One (1) tank counts as one pet)

Please note that if any damages occur to the apartment, additional fees may apply.
