How can I get an extra set of keys or fob?

If you require an extra set of keys or fobs for your unit, please contact our Executive Concierge team at concierge@corporatestays.com. Additional sets may be provided depending on availability and building-specific policies.

Please note the following:

• Charges apply for all additional keys and fobs beyond what is initially provided.

• Fees vary by city and building, and will be confirmed by the concierge team.

• We typically provide a maximum of 2 keys or fobs per unit and 1 mail key. Any requests beyond this standard allocation may incur additional charges.

We recommend reaching out in advance to ensure availability and avoid delays.
