How do I access the parking garage at La Vigie 2?

Coming from Rue de la Perade, there is a parking access before the building; go inside (turning to the right), then drive until the end (you will see the recycle and garbage bins), turn to the left, and the garage dor will be there. This one opens with the parking card, which should be hanging from the mirror or sitting on top of the car counter.
