How do I use the thermostat for AC and heating at Le Shaughn Apartments?

Thermostats are programmed to reach a maximum temperature of 23 degrees in all suites of the building. If the guest wants the unit to be more warmer, We will have to provide a portable heater as we can’t increase the temperature since it's set by the building.
