How much are lost key / Parking Remote /Mailbox keys at Park Avenue / Village 105

The cost for replacement or additional copies of keys and fobs is as follows:

• Unit Key: 

  CAD 20 + 30% admin fee + city taxes

• Door Fob:
  CAD 50 + 30% admin fee + city taxes.

  
  Important Notes:

• A maximum of 2 copies (keys or fobs) may be issued by default.

• Requests for more than 2 copies must be submitted directly to the Corporate Stays concierge, subject to approval and additional fees.

• All requests must be documented and approved by Corporate Stays
