Parking Rules & Guidelines in Equinoxe, Montreal

To ensure fair and efficient use of parking spaces, please review and respect the following rules:

1. Visitor Parking

• Maximum duration: 4 hours

• Please make sure your guests respect this time limit.

2. Commercial Parking (Paré+ & BX Studio)

• Exclusively reserved for commercial use.

• Tenants and visitors are not permitted to park in these spaces.

• After repeated violations, the towing company has been instructed to remove unauthorized vehicles without prior notice.

3. Electric Vehicle (EV) Parking

• Reserved for active charging only.

• Vehicles may not remain parked here unless they are charging.

• Once charging is complete, please move your vehicle promptly so other tenants can access the station.
