How to troubleshoot internet issues at IMMIX Apartments?
Try unplugging the modem, wait for 20sec and plug it back again. If still not working, gather further details of the problem. Does it connect but doesn't navigate? Does the network appear but it doesn't connect? Send a screenshot.
Where to report the issue?
If: Guest has internet issues (ex. Red light on GREY BOX/CALIX)

Some good to know language in helping your guests for aiding this site is:
ROUTER: This would be the GREY box sitting in the guest's living space providing WiFi; Rally provides these and it is called a CALIX at times.
ONT: This is the Black Andorix device hiding in the white media cabinets called P3000. This is in various placements depending on suite mapping. This will rarely be used to troubleshoot
This device is hidden from view and the customer should not be removing this or altering this device as it is part of the unit.
